We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Shutdown, Turnaround & Outage Application Specialist. This position requires exceptional customer satisfaction skills, with the ability to provide efficient turnkey quote solutions for STO valve engagements.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, where you will be responsible for responding promptly to customer inquiries, providing quotes on spare parts and replacement valves, and supporting sales teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer STO inquiries, providing timely quotes and support through various communication channels.
  • Highlight key differentiations between current install and new offering to support sales teams.
  • Develop training materials to educate colleagues on competitor displacement opportunities.
  • Create process automation tools to drive speed and efficiency in STO quoting activity.
  • Execute quotes with best lead time estimates, ensuring fast conversion to operations teams.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Management, or prior experience in a similar role.
  • Self-motivated and positive attitude.
  • Technical qualification in mechanical field highly desirable.
  • Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and math skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of pressure relief valves.
  • Working knowledge of SAP ERP.
  • Microsoft Power Platform expertise.
