Job Title: Quote Analyst 1

Duties of Position include:

  • Comprehensive knowledge of passive components (resistors, capacitors, fuse and batteries)
  • Able to review part numbers, descriptions etc., and provide alternative suggestions.
  • Working within a regional quote team; supporting activities related to quotation process including supplier management and sourcing.
  • Source, identify and determine the lowest competitive quote
  • Self-motivated individual with ability to work independently and respect timelines.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective negotiation skills
  • Supplier base contact and knowledge preferred.

Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year experience in sourcing and supply base management preferable in EMS or Active & Passive commodities environment
  • Strong communication skills, including strong English written and verbal
  • Proficiency in PC tools and business analysis skills required
  • Mature individual with motivation and self-drive
