Work Location: Pune. This is an internal role at Peoplefy.

Job Responsibilities

Key Account Management:

  • Develop strong relationships with customers by building trust and loyalty.
  • Generate leads using cold calling, email, and other methods.
  • Qualify leads to ensure they are well-suited for our services.
  • Making sales presentations to prospective customers to provide information about our product or service.
  • Closing sales and meeting sales goals.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and hand over leads to the sales team.
  • Collaborate with marketing and other professionals to develop strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date on market activity and trends.
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, segmenting and managing email lists, and monitoring key performance indicators.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3+ years of progressive experience in business development and Inside sales within the recruitment industry.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, industry dynamics, and trends.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets, with a successful track record in solution selling and consultative sales approaches.

Estimated Salary: ₹80,000 - ₹1,20,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
