About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Procurement Manager to lead our sourcing and procurement initiatives.

Your key responsibility will be to ensure timely delivery of high-quality materials at the best possible cost.

  • You will build and manage a strong vendor base for Raw and Packaging Materials aligned with quality, cost, and service expectations.
  • You will develop procurement strategies to ensure uninterrupted supply while mitigating risks.
  • You will collaborate with R&D and NPD teams for timely onboarding of vendors for new materials and packaging innovations.
  • You will lead price negotiations, contractual agreements, and drive cost-saving initiatives across the procurement portfolio.
  • You will establish procurement KPIs (OTIF, cost, lead time, inventory health) and drive regular reviews with internal and external stakeholders.
  • You will implement best practices in vendor evaluation, material planning, and purchase order processes.
  • You will monitor market trends for key raw materials and packaging inputs to forecast price movements and manage budgets.
  • You will ensure compliance with food safety, quality standards, and regulatory requirements in all procurement activities.
