As a key team member, you will be responsible for:

  • Oversight of procurement strategy and process optimization to meet production deadlines.
  • Prioritization of on-time product launches and monitoring supplier performance.
  • Collaboration with suppliers for sampling and cost development, as well as addressing performance issues.
  • Preparation and presentation of regular reports highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations.
  • Training and mentoring team members to foster professional growth and high levels of performance.
  • Evaluation and analysis of new tools and technologies to automate processes and reporting.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in managing production or sourcing (ideally 2+ years).
  • A Bachelor's degree in Fashion Technology or Engineering in Textile Technology.
  • In-depth understanding of garment manufacturing operations and processes.
  • Technical knowledge of pattern and fit development, with CAD proficiency preferred.
  • Sourcing expertise, including sample development and offshore production exposure.
  • Advanced Excel skills and data visualization capabilities.
  • Digital literacy and ability to implement new technologies.
