Job Title

As a Wealth Underwriting Manager, you will oversee the daily activities of a team and work collaboratively with various stakeholders to drive results.

This role requires exceptional leadership skills and the ability to make informed decisions that align with business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in custom/commercial underwriting and management, including underwriting high net-worth individuals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop a team of individual contributors with low to moderate complexity and risk
  • Engage stakeholders and internal partners associated with the functional area
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and risk control development
  • Make decisions regarding resources, objectives, and operations
  • Interpret and develop policies and procedures
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 10+ years of custom/commercial underwriting and management experience
