Job Title:
Senior Business Solutions ConsultantWe are seeking a seasoned Business Solutions Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.Responsibilities:
  • Liaise between business stakeholders and IT teams to identify and prioritize business requirements.
  • Elicit and translate external and internal customer needs into actionable business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with business partners and vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions that meet business needs.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis or related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering business solutions that drive results and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Ability to collaborate and influence others to achieve shared goals.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Certification in business analysis or related field (e.g. CBAP, CCBA).
  • Experience working with ISO20022 messaging standards.
