Job Summary:
As a seasoned Senior Business Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in delivering end-to-end solutions to clients across various industries. You will leverage your expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to drive business growth and process improvement. About the Role:
In this role, you will lead client engagements from discovery to implementation and post-go-live support. You will collaborate closely with clients, developers, project managers, and other consultants to ensure successful project delivery. Your expertise will be invaluable in driving business outcomes and exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead client discovery sessions to understand business processes, pain points, and goals.
  • Translate business requirements into tailored Business Central solutions.
  • Develop functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams on solution architecture.
  • Manage full-cycle Business Central implementations, including configuration, testing, training, and support.
  • Provide expert guidance on Business Central functionality and troubleshoot issues.

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of consulting experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or NAV), including full-cycle implementations.
  • Proven ability to lead client engagements and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Strong understanding of Business Central modules such as Finance, Manufacturing, and Warehouse Management.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging executive stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft technologies (e.g., Power BI, SQL Server, SharePoint) is a plus.
