About this role:

The Special Aide will provide high-level support to the Managing Director, serving as a key liaison and facilitator of the Office's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborative Support: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of strategic initiatives.
  • Communications and Partnerships: Maintain the Managing Director's bio and respond to requests for information regarding the Managing Director and the organization.
  • Board Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact between the Managing Director and the Board of Directors.
  • Executive Team Liaison: Participate in meetings and support the Managing Director's administrative needs.

Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with organizational abilities and discretion when handling confidential matters.

Qualifications
  • Proven organizational skills, demonstrating ability to prioritize tasks effectively and maintain attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, building relationships with stakeholders, including staff, board members, external partners, and donors.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving approach, showcasing decision-making capabilities.
