Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Production Planning: Develop short-term and long-term production plans based on customer orders, sales forecasts, and resource availability.
  • Material Procurement: Forecast material requirements and coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of raw materials.
  • Manufacturing Execution: Monitor production progress on the shop floor, address delays or bottlenecks, and ensure manufacturing teams have necessary support to meet targets.
  • ERP System Management: Operate and manage data within ERP systems for tasks like job order creation, material issue, and status updates.
  • Process Optimization: Analyze production data to identify inefficiencies and suggest process improvements.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a key link between various departments, including design, quality control, sales, and logistics, to ensure smooth workflow and cohesive approach to production.
