Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide overall leadership to the plant, oversee production strategy and operational alignment.
  • Implement zero-defect systems and achieve on-time delivery targets.
  • Lead cost-reduction programs and Kaizen activities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, quality, supply chain and engineering teams.
  • Ensure compliance with Quality Management System standards and ESG protocols.
  • Build and develop high-performing teams with clear succession planning.
  • Drive performance management systems and maintain strong industrial relations.

Qualifications:

  • Mechanical Engineering degree.
  • 10+ years in manufacturing industry, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
