Job Role: Manufacturing Operations Manager

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully leading manufacturing teams to achieve high levels of productivity and efficiency. As a Manufacturing Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to the highest standards.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence, identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance overall performance.

The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, strong communication abilities and the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve their best.

Additionally, they will have a solid understanding of lean manufacturing principles and practices, with experience in implementing and managing efficient workflows, processes and systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Post Graduate Diploma in a relevant field (e.g., Operations Management, Business Administration)
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or operations management role
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
