**Job Description:**

We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our end-users, ensuring their technical needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware, software, and network devices.
  • Monitor assignment queues and respond to incident and request tickets within established service level agreements.
  • Assist end-users in diagnosing and resolving technical issues, opening incident or request tickets as needed.
  • Document troubleshooting and resolution steps in a clear and concise manner.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 6 months of experience supporting IT applications, systems, or processes.
  • Knowledge of basic end-user computing devices and their setup.
  • Experience using Microsoft Windows operating system, including installation and setup.
  • Ability to lift and carry personal computer equipment up to 25 pounds without assistance.
