Job Title:

Tendering and Accounts Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage and coordinate all aspects of the tendering process. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing tender proposals, procurement, and ensuring compliance with guidelines.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of the tendering process
  • Prepare tender proposals and ensure compliance with guidelines
  • Analyze tender documents and develop detailed project proposals
  • Handle administrative tasks such as tracking of EMD, PBG etc, maintaining record of ongoing tenders
  • Assist in organizing and archiving design-related documents and records for easy retrieval and compliance with documentation standards
  • Raise invoices and track payment status
  • Follow up with clients with respect to tenders and accounts
Requirements:
  • Expertise in Tender Management and Proposal Writing skills
  • Strong Analytical Skills capabilities
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Proficiency in managing documentation
  • Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
