About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Director of Software Development Leadership to spearhead our Asset Performance Management team. As a key member of our Digital Products and Solutions organization, you will be responsible for building and managing high-performing teams that develop innovative software applications for customers and business areas.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage teams of software developers, data scientists, and QA testers
  • Analyze customer feedback and data to develop strategies for increasing efficiency and quality
  • Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with other departments to drive growth

About Your Impact:

You will play a critical role in shaping and establishing the department, developing and coaching global teams, and ensuring the quality and efficiency of software development for customers and business areas. Your impact will be measured by the success of the department in achieving these goals.

Key Qualifications:

  • University degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related technical field
  • At least 10 years of professional experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead position
  • Strong technical knowledge of modern software development methods, programming languages, and cloud technologies
  • Experience in leading software development projects from idea to market launch
  • Proven experience in fostering innovation and applying Design Thinking and Lean Startup principles
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and lead interdisciplinary teams
