We are seeking a skilled data-driven professional to join our dynamic team as a contractor.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cohort Analysis: Use user acquisition, retention, and revenue performance across different user segments and acquisition channels.
  • Growth Metrics Calculation: Determine Customer Lifetime Value (LTV), Return on Investment (ROI), ROAS, payback periods, and customer acquisition costs (CAC).
  • Attribution Modeling: Measure marketing campaign effectiveness and optimize budget allocation across channels.
  • Data Engineering: Design, optimize, and maintain data pipelines that process raw data for analytical purposes.
  • SQL Query Development: Extract, transform, and analyze large datasets for growth insights using Snowflake.
  • Dashboards Creation: Visualize key performance metrics and provide self-service analytics for stakeholders using Metabase.
  • A/B Testing Frameworks: Evaluate the impact of product changes and marketing campaigns on growth metrics.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Optimize campaigns, identify growth features, and align analytics with business planning.
  • Market Research: Identify growth opportunities and benchmark performance.
  • Predictive Modeling: Forecast user behavior, revenue projections, and campaign performance.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Business Analytics, Marketing Analytics, or a related quantitative field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of proven experience as a Growth Analyst, Marketing Analyst, or similar analytical role, preferably in mobile app or SaaS environments.
  • Skills: Expert-level proficiency in SQL for complex data manipulation and analysis, with specific experience in Snowflake data warehousing.
  • Additional Skills: Advanced experience with Metabase for creating interactive dashboards and self-service analytics solutions, demonstrated experience with mobile attribution platforms, specifically with AppsFlyer data analysis and reporting.

Preferred Skills:

  • Master's Degree: In a relevant quantitative field.
  • BI Tools: Experience with additional BI tools like Tableau, Looker, Power BI.
  • Cloud Platforms: Knowledge of ETL processes, data pipeline development, and workflow orchestration tools like Apache Airflow.
  • Machine Learning: Experience with machine learning techniques for predictive analytics and customer behavior modeling.
