Oral Care Marketing Manager

The role of the Global Assistant Marketing Manager Oral Care plays a pivotal part in driving innovation and expanding oral care brands globally. As a marketing leader, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a 3-year strategy to boost the portfolio of brands across business units.

To achieve this goal, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to generate market insights through consumer research studies, analysis, and market observation. Additionally, you will work closely with marketing managers to design and execute best-in-class omni-channel marketing plans and communication strategies for key launches and product activations.

  • Develop and deliver a comprehensive 3-year innovation strategy for the portfolio of oral care brands across business units
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to generate market insights and consumer research
  • Work with marketing managers to design and execute best-in-class marketing plans and communication strategies
  • Support sales managers to ensure timely delivery of key projects and targets
  • Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver on projects across regions
  • Conduct monthly business reporting and brand performance reviews
  • Participate in annual joint business planning with key customers
