Key Requirements:

  • Friendly, professional, and persuasive on calls and messages.
  • Comfortable using WhatsApp and phone-based tools.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
  • Prior experience in recruitment, customer service, or similar roles is beneficial.
  • Basic computer skills for record-keeping and handling chats.
