The Role

The Sales & Business Development team at Flurn is highly motivated and rapidly growing, offering ample opportunities for growth and career development. This comprehensive BD role provides exposure across the entire sales cycle, from prospecting, B2B partnerships, marketing activations, and inside sales (B2C).

This high-growth, high-intensity role is ideal for candidates seeking a career in Sales & Marketing or Business Development.

Your Responsibilities

  • Identify opportunities - Develop a target list of high-value apartment communities to sign up for Flurn programs and execute successful B2B partnerships & marketing campaigns.
  • Drive Sales - Convert interested customers through an omni-channel B2C sales approach.
  • Build Relationships - Foster long-term relationships with clients for effective account management.
  • Utilize Sales Management Tools - Effectively use CRM systems, BI dashboards, and have familiarity with Google Sheets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering / Business preferred.
  • Freshers and experienced candidates (up-to 4 years) in Business development / sales can apply for this role.
  • High energy, never-say-die attitude, and willingness to learn rapidly.
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
  • Fluency in English, Hindi / Kannada.
  • Negotiation and communication skills.

Estimated Salary: ₹20-25 Lakhs per annum (dependent on experience)
