We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Relationship Executive to join our fast-growing team. This role offers an unparalleled opportunity to make a meaningful impact on people's lives by providing exceptional client experiences.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, the ability to multitask in a high-interaction environment, and a customer-first mindset. They will be responsible for engaging with clients, providing clear information about our health transformation programs, and ensuring seamless enrolment and re-enrolment processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with inbound leads through prompt and accurate responses via phone calls, messages, emails, and social media DMs.
  • Provide clear and concise information about our health transformation programs to new and existing clients.
  • Guide clients through the enrolment and re-enrolment process while coordinating with the internal coaching team for smooth onboarding.
  • Maintain, manage, and update client data using CRM tools and systems.
  • Support clients with after-enrolment needs, escalating concerns when necessary and ensuring timely resolution.
  • Coordinate with different internal teams to keep clients informed of any unforeseen delays or process changes.
  • Assist in community engagement and promotional initiatives when required.
  • Conduct data analysis and feedback collection to improve client experience and retention.
Requirements:
  • Graduate degree in any discipline (Bachelor's degree required)
  • Prior experience in customer service, inside sales, or relationship management is a plus
  • Proficiency in English and basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM software)
