Oracle HCM Cloud Specialist

This is a critical role within our organization that focuses on delivering end-to-end solutions in Oracle HCM Cloud with emphasis on integration, reporting, and data transformation.

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and Maintain Integrations: Utilize HCM Extracts, HCM APIs, HDL/SDL to create and maintain integrations with various systems.
  • Configure and Support Modules: Configure and support Oracle HCM Cloud modules such as Core HR, C&B, Recruitment, and Onboarding with strong understanding of business processes.
  • Design and Build Reports: Design and build reports using OTBI and BI Publisher to provide insights into business operations.
  • Create and Manage Formulas: Create and manage Fast Formulas for Payroll, Absence, and Benefits processing.
  • Optional Integration Development: Develop and maintain integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with HR, IT, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Ensure Quality and Compliance: Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance across HCM modules and integrations.
  • Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Document configurations, processes, and technical designs to ensure knowledge sharing and future reference.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Hands-on Experience: Hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Cloud, specifically in HCM Extracts, HDL Imports, Fast Formulas, OTBI, and BI Publisher.
  • Strong Understanding: Strong understanding of Core HR business processes including Compensation & Benefits, Recruitment, and Onboarding.
  • Good Knowledge: Good knowledge of HCM APIs and data transformation logic.
  • Problem-Solving Mindset: Problem-solving mindset with ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent Communication: Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Preferred (Optional) Skills
  • Oracle Integration Cloud: Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
  • Version Control and DevOps: Exposure to version control and DevOps pipelines in Oracle HCM deployments.
  • Security Roles and Data Access: Understanding of security roles and data access configurations in Oracle HCM Cloud.
