Job Description

The role entails providing expertise in HCM Cloud functionality.

  • Required Skills and Qualifications:

- As a Subject Matter Expert, you will possess strong functional experience (configuration & solution) in HCM Cloud.

- You should have around 6 years of experience working in support projects, handling clients on requirements, solutions, and support issues.

- Good understanding of the HCM business processes is essential.

- Experience in requirements, functional design documents, end-to-end functional testing, and offshore-onsite delivery models is advantageous.

- You should be able to query data for analysis/debug and possess strong communication and client interaction skills.

- An active team player with a good attitude and aggressive mindset is required.

- The ideal candidate should be able to learn quickly and deliver results efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Configuration and Solution Implementation in HCM Cloud.

- Client Handling and Support Issue Resolution.

- Requirements Gathering, Functional Design, and Testing.

Requirements:

- Around 6 years of experience in HCM Cloud.

- Strong Functional Experience in Configuration & Solution.

- Good Understanding of HCM Business Processes.

- Ability to Query Data for Analysis/Debug.

- Strong Communication and Client Interaction Skills.
