Job Description: Product Development ManagerWe are seeking an experienced Product Development Manager to lead the development and enhancement of our fintech products. - Create and maintain a product roadmap that prioritizes features and enhancements based on business objectives, customer feedback, and market demands.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure successful product development and launch.
- Project Management: Oversee the product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products. Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field. MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.
- 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in the fintech industry.
- Strong understanding of financial services, payment systems, banking, or related domains.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing fintech products.
