Key Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced retail leader to drive the success of our Delhi flagship boutique. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for fashion and luxury retail, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.

  • End to end ownership of the store.
  • Ability to build and manage relationships with high net worth clients and exceptional sales skills to close high-value jewelry sales.
  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to the team, setting clear goals and objectives to drive sales and profitability.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies and initiatives to increase revenue and achieve targets.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, motivating and inspiring the team to deliver outstanding customer service and exceed customer expectations.
  • Lead by example, actively engaging with customers to build relationships, provide personalized styling advice, and drive sales.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, inventory levels, and other key performance indicators to identify opportunities for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff to enhance their skills and productivity.
Requirements
  • MBA from a leading institution and a fashion graduate from a Tier 1 Indian college
  • Proven experience in luxury retail management, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in direct luxury sales preferably in Indian designer brands or real estate consultancy firms
  • Exceptional ability to sell and engage with high net worth clients at a personal level
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with high net worth customers
  • Results-oriented with a track record of driving sales and profitability in a high-pressure retail environment
  • Knowledge of fashion trends, luxury brands, and the latest developments in the retail industry
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
