Job Title: Experienced Encompass Administrator

We are seeking a seasoned professional to serve as the primary administrator for our Encompass Loan Origination System (LOS). This is an exceptional opportunity for an individual with proven experience in managing and customizing complex software systems.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Encompass Configuration & Customization
      • As the lead administrator, you will be responsible for configuring user roles, security, and access controls. You will also manage input forms, business rules, field triggers, persona workflows, and reports.
      • Partner with loan officers, processors, underwriters, and compliance teams to enhance system functionality.
    • System Maintenance & Upgrades
      • Maintain and test system updates, releases, and new features from ICE Mortgage Technology.
      • Monitor performance, optimize workflows, and maintain detailed documentation of configurations.
    • Integration Management
      • Support and manage integrations with third-party systems (loan servicing, document management, core banking).
      • Ensure data integrity and security across platforms.
    • Compliance & Risk Management
      • Ensure Encompass aligns with banking regulations, compliance standards, and internal security policies.
      • Support audits and system usage reviews.
    Requirements:
    • Minimum 5 years of Encompass Administrator experience.
    • Strong knowledge of Encompass workflows, configuration, and customizations.
    • Familiarity with compliance requirements is a plus.
    • ICE Mortgage Technology certifications are highly preferred.
