About the Role

The Global R2R (Record to Report) Manager oversees financial processes across multiple regions, focusing on timely and accurate financial statements. This includes ensuring consistent application of accounting policies, managing complex accounting treatments, and supporting global finance teams on IFRS interpretation and implementation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage Record to Report functions across a global region.
  • Deliver accurate, timely, and compliant financial statements in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
  • Ensure consistent application of accounting policies.
  • Manage complex accounting treatments.
  • Support global finance teams on IFRS interpretation and implementation.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong understanding of global accounting standards, including IFRS, Ind AS, and UK GAAP.
  • Proven expertise in Record to Report (R2R) and General Ledger Accounting processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage effectively with stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of developing and managing high-performing teams.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • A continuous improvement mindset, with the ability to identify and implement process efficiencies.
  • Highly collaborative, with a cross-functional, team-oriented approach.
  • Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, or equivalent international accounting certification.
