Senior Finance Lead

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to drive the success of our Finance & Accounts department.

  • Oversee the overall integrity of financial reporting, including robust maintenance of the chart of accounts and implementation of accounting systems.
  • Lead a large team and collaborate with senior leaders to ensure compliance, efficiency, and innovation in all financial processes.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of all financial activities and reporting.
  • Design, review, and maintain the bank's chart of accounts to meet evolving business requirements.
  • Ensure adherence to Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and internal controls. Prepare for audits and respond to regulatory queries.
  • Build, coach, and mentor a team of finance professionals. Foster a culture of performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with senior leaders to provide strategic financial insights and support enterprise objectives.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong working knowledge of core banking platforms, ERP systems, and advanced MS Excel.

Leadership:

  • Exceptional ability to lead large teams, drive change, and influence at the executive level.
