Senior Financial Executive

Our organization seeks a highly experienced and skilled Senior Financial Executive to provide financial leadership and ensure the accuracy and integrity of our financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monthly Financial Reporting: Prepare and submit comprehensive financial statements to senior management for review, maintaining accurate records of budgeting, cash flow, turnover, customer outstanding, and collection statements.
  • Financial Automation & Efficiency: Automate invoice processing and expense modules to integrate accounting software with banking, sales, and purchase ERPs solutions.
  • Statutory Compliance & Banking Support: E-file returns and assessments, including income tax (including TDS, transfer pricing, advance tax projections, and routine implications), as well as GST and P.F. compliance.
  • Auditing & Finalization: Liaise and coordinate with external auditors for successful completion of annual audits and completion of required ROC/MCA filings.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) or Master of Commerce (M.Com) or Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in finance.
  • Minimum 15+ years of experience in the manufacturing or forging industry.

Skills and Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of accounting packages, including automation features and advanced Excel skills.
  • Expertise in auditing and accounting reporting standards applicable to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
