Job Opportunity

In this challenging role, you will be responsible for leading a team of recruiters in onboarding resources as per the annual operating plan and projected hiring plan. The hired candidates will be responsible for designing and managing residential interior projects with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a funnel of potential candidates to achieve onboarding targets consistently month-over-month.
  • Ensure secondary research to source potential resources from various online and offline platforms.
  • Plan the top-of-the-funnel requirements with the respective sourcing leads and their teams.
  • Schedule and coordinate discussion meetings between hiring managers and leadership.
  • Provide overall visibility on candidate pools, stage-wise conversions, and offers against targets.

Job Requirements:

  • Graduate or postgraduate degree from a reputable institution.
  • Must have at least five years of work experience in sourcing or recruitment.
  • Strong action bias and high level of ownership around targets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are necessary.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite tools, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Candidates from a startup background are preferred.
