Strategic Sourcing Lead

This is a senior role that requires in-depth knowledge of indirect purchase categories and market dynamics with an understanding of facility management industry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for taking up new challenges and working collaboratively to achieve business objectives.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Analyze customer purchase data to identify opportunities and negotiate favorable terms with suppliers.
  • Category wise and item wise price analysis to estimate profitability with minimal margin of error.
  • Cross-functional team coordination to submit competitive and timely data analysis.
Key Qualifications:
  • At least 2-6 years of experience in sourcing industry.
  • In-depth business management, supply chain, and strategic sourcing knowledge.
  • Exceptional domain knowledge of Indirect Procurement in manufacturing sector.
  • Customer-centric mindset and exceptional negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and set up processes from scratch.
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent from a reputable institution.
  • MBA or equivalent from a reputable institution desirable.
