Senior Manager – MRO Sourcing

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Sourcing:
    Define and implement global MRO strategy across MHE, tooling, spares, consumables, utilities, and services.
  • LCC Sourcing:
    Expand supplier base in India, China, Eastern Europe, and Southeast Asia to drive cost competitiveness.
  • Supplier Management:
    Lead supplier selection, negotiations, and long-term agreements; drive performance in quality, delivery, service, and sustainability.
  • Cost & Analytics:
    Build and manage
    TCO and PPV dashboards
    ; lead
    VA/VE workshops
    ; deliver year-on-year savings and productivity improvements.
  • Process & Governance:
    Standardize MRO procurement processes across plants; ensure compliance with EHS, ESG, and group policies; implement digital sourcing tools with the
    Procurement CoE (India)
    .
  • Stakeholder Leadership:
    Act as the India-based hub for global MRO alignment; partner with plant, engineering, and operations leaders; lead change management and capability-building initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business (
    MBA preferred
    ).
  • 12–15 years procurement experience
    , incl. 
    7+ years in MRO sourcing
    within global/multi-plant environments.
  • Proven expertise in negotiation, supplier development, and
    LCC sourcing
    .
  • Proficiency in
    eSourcing platforms, BI dashboards, ERP systems
    .
  • Knowledge of
    EHS, sustainability, and compliance frameworks
    .
  • Strong leadership, influencing, and cross-cultural stakeholder management skills
