Role Overview

Are you an aviation enthusiast with a passion for operational excellence? We're looking for a seasoned
Head of Production
to lead our
MRO workshop operations
, ensuring aircraft maintenance, repair, and overhaul projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

3.1 Leading the engineering team in the repair, maintenance, and overhaul of aircraft, components systems of Aircraft Cabin, mainly floorboard, galley equipment's and carpets etc.

3.2 Ensuring compliance with regulatory provisions and company policies.

3.3 Establish and promote the safety and quality policy specified in CAR 145.

3.4 Demonstrate a basic understanding of CAR 145.

3.5 Ensure that maintenance is carried out in accordance with standards required by regulatory authority and procedures of the organization.

3.6 Ensure that the work is carried out in legal, safe and viable manner.

3.7 Ensure that regulatory authority has free access to the organisation.

3.8 Ensure that all personnel are appropriately trained and qualified to accomplish the work.

3.9 Ensure that all maintenance work carried out is properly documented.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's in Aeronautical / Mechanical Engineering (master's preferred)

10–15 years in aviation MRO, with 5+ years in a leadership role

Strong knowledge of aircraft maintenance, quality & safety standards

Proven leadership, problem-solving & process optimization skills
