Job Title: Assistant Manager – Accounts Receivable

Job Description:

This role entails managing the Order to Cash (O2C) process, encompassing billing, collections, and dispute resolution.

  • Effectively manage the O2C process to ensure accurate and timely invoicing as per Service Level Agreements (SLAs), with all necessary documentation in place.
  • Review client contracts to prevent any discrepancies in invoicing and maintain a seamless workflow.
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues such as billing errors, late payments, and AR reconciliations, thereby ensuring a smooth operation.
  • Communicate with clients via email and phone for collection of overdue payments and foster strong relationships.
  • Record customer feedback and facilitate prompt resolution, prioritizing customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Tax) for timely issue resolution and ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Ensure achievement of team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and individual deliverables, driving success.
  • Monitor and manage collections in line with contract Turnaround Times (TATs).
  • Generate accurate and timely reports for collections, providing valuable insights.
  • Raise payment release requests to Treasury for salary disbursements to associates, maintaining financial integrity.
  • Conduct client visits as required, fostering strong business relationships.
  • Identify and escalate high-risk accounts to management, ensuring proactive risk mitigation.
  • Drive continuous process improvements and best practices, enhancing overall efficiency.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports, providing strategic visibility.
  • Maintain a solid understanding of e-invoicing, GST, TDS, and GST-TDS compliance, ensuring regulatory adherence.
  • Accurately record invoices, payments, and related correspondence, maintaining a secure and transparent financial environment.
