Digital Test Engineers play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of electronic products.

Job Description:

  • Deep knowledge of Digital Fault Tolerance (DFT) concepts, including scan insertion, ATPG, coverage analysis and transition delay test coverage analysis are essential for this position.
  • Expertise in defining test mode timing constraints, providing timing fixes/corrective actions for timing violations and proficiency in scripting languages like Perl, shell and experience in RTL and gate-level simulations of scan and MBIST test vectors are key skills required.
  • Familiarity with equivalence check, DFT Design Rule Check (DRC) rules and working experience in Synopsis TetraMax/DFTMax and Cadence Encounter Test is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work in an international team environment, learn and adapt to new tools and methodologies, manage multiple high-priority designs simultaneously, possess excellent problem-solving skills, communication and teamwork skills with good English language proficiency are mandatory.

  • 7-15 years of experience in the field of digital design testing.
  • Strong understanding of digital design principles, testing methodologies and their applications.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
