  • MS Dynamic CRM + TOSCA are mandatory skills for this position.

Required Skills:

  • Experience of working on full life cycle implementations across multiple versions of Dynamics CRM365.
  • Minimum 4-8 years of experience as a functional consultant.
  • Minimum 2 years experience of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Dynamics CRM 2016/2015.
  • Familiar with Strong on MS CRM Sales Service and Marketing modules.
  • Coordinate with development teams to provide better understanding of the business users' needs and help resolve any queries related to the requirements.
  • Document the business requirements review them with the business and technology teams and obtain customer acceptance for the same.
  • Good Communication is must. Should be in position to address users' questions and how to implement.
  • Working on the Agile or Waterfall approach depending on the business requirements.
  • Work with business users to develop acceptance criteria for the test cases and test scenarios.
  • Must have SSRS reporting services experience.
  • Good to Have Skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of some or all areas within Customer Engagement including Field Services and Project Service Automation.
  • Brief knowledge of Power Platform - Power Apps, Flow, Power BI, and
  • Good understanding of Dynamics 365 Common Data Model and Common Data Model
  • MS CRM configuration knowledge
  • Application integrations knowledge with MS CRM
