About the Role:

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional clinical expertise in managing acute and chronic kidney diseases, overseeing dialysis and hemodialysis procedures, and providing pre- and post-kidney transplant care. You will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and Manage Kidney Conditions: Conduct thorough assessments and develop effective treatment plans for patients with acute and chronic kidney diseases
  • Lead Dialysis and Hemodialysis Procedures: Oversee and perform dialysis and hemodialysis procedures, ensuring optimal patient outcomes
  • Provide Pre- and Post-Kidney Transplant Care: Collaborate with transplant teams to provide comprehensive care for patients before and after kidney transplantation
  • Conduct Patient Consultations and Follow-Ups: Offer expert consultations and follow-up care to patients, addressing their unique needs and concerns
  • Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work effectively with healthcare professionals from various disciplines to deliver seamless patient care
Requirements:
  • Medical Degree: Hold an MBBS degree from a recognized medical college (mandatory)
  • Postgraduate Qualifications: Possess MD (General Medicine) followed by DM (Nephrology) or equivalent DNB (Nephrology) from an NMC-recognized institute (mandatory)
  • Proven Clinical Expertise: Demonstrate exceptional clinical skills in dialysis, hemodialysis, and transplant nephrology
  • Strong Diagnostic and Communication Skills: Possess excellent diagnostic, clinical, and patient management skills, with strong communication and interpersonal abilities
