Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Technical Lead – Footwear to drive innovation and excellence in our footwear products.

As a key member of our R&D team, you will be responsible for leading the technical development of footwear products, from concept to launch. This includes driving continuous innovation in construction methods, component engineering, insole and midsole technologies, outsole tooling and grip systems, material blending, and ergonomic performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement new last designs and foot anatomy solutions
  • Drive insole and midsole innovation, including material selection and design
  • Lead outsole tooling and grip system development
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure technical feasibility and execution integrity

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Footwear Technology, Industrial Design, Leather Technology, or related field
  • 7-8 years of strong technical leadership experience in footwear development or R&D
  • Demonstrated expertise in last development, insole and midsole innovation, outsole tooling and grip systems, material and compound development, wear and field performance analysis
