Job Description

We are seeking a skilled IT professional to support the strategic change and enhancement of our core applications. As a key member of the IM Services Functional Application support team, you will work closely with the rest of the team to drive business continuity, IT professionalism, and user/business satisfaction.

  • SAP Ariba: Strategic sourcing modules, P2P, SAP Ariba Network, SAP MM & PM, SAP FI & CO
Key Responsibilities
  • Application Support: Ensure smooth functioning of applications according to SLA and regional business needs.
  • Incident Management: Manage incidents efficiently and effectively to minimize downtime.
  • Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance tasks to keep applications up-to-date.
  • Prioritization: Prioritize tasks based on business needs and requirements.
  • Escalation: Escalate issues to 3rd party vendors and user community as needed.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to IM process compliance.
  • Documentation: Maintain proper documentation of application processes.
  • CMDB: Keep CMDB up-to-date for business processes and applications in scope.
  • Changes and Enhancements: Execute changes and enhancements as required.
  • Testing: Conduct tests as defined in integration test specification.
  • Training: Analyze and support key-user training needs.
  • Frequent Contact: Frequently contact key users on open tickets.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with team members to ensure applications function and operate appropriately.
  • Project Handover: Support project handover activities.
  • Improvement Projects: Participate in implementation improvements and optimization projects.
  • Transportation: Create and check content of transports.
  • CAB/Change Advisory Board: Play an active role in CAB/Change Advisory Board meetings.
