Our team is seeking a skilled Influencer Marketing Data Specialist to join our dynamic organization. In this role, you will play a critical part in measuring return on investment, understanding audience impact, and guiding creative and strategic influencer decisions for our clients.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for data-driven decision making.
- Collect, clean, and analyze influencer campaign data from multiple sources.
- Prepare visually appealing presentations reflecting data, insights, and analytics.
- Identify high-performing influencers and trends across platforms to optimize future campaigns.
- Work closely with strategy, account management, and creative teams to provide insights that shape influencer selection and content direction.
- Build predictive models for influencer performance and audience impact.
- Conduct competitive benchmarking and market analysis for influencer marketing campaigns.
- Provide post-campaign analysis with clear storytelling (data → insights → recommendations).
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of reporting through QA checks and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
- 0-2 years of experience in data analysis (experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or media analytics is a plus).
- Excellent at Excel, PowerPoint, and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing tools.
- Understanding of digital marketing metrics (CPM, CPC, CPA, ROI, ROAS).
- Excellent communication and data storytelling skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
