Job Title: Data Information Analyst

Description:

We are seeking a skilled data information analyst to support our team in generating high-quality service delivery, achieving successful outcomes for clients, and capturing and sharing knowledge across projects.

The ideal candidate will have experience in data capture, organization, storage, and analysis, as well as managing large amounts of data in Excel. They will also be able to collaborate with cost estimators and quantity surveyors to fill in gaps in data.

The role involves assisting with the upkeep of construction project cost databases, including data cleaning, organization, storage, and analysis. The successful candidate will also be required to coordinate with senior and technical staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with data capture, organization, storage, and analysis for creating and maintaining cost indices and escalation.
  • Manage large amounts of data in Excel.
  • Collaborate with cost estimators/quantity surveyors to fill in holes in data.
  • Contribute to the process for collection, capture, and utilization of historic data.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree + 2 years relevant experience.
  • Firm decision-making abilities, excellent communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience in data analysis and data management.
  • Understanding of IT technology, including Intranet, MS Windows, and MS Office Suites.
  • SQL, Python, R, PowerBI, and Tableau skills beneficial.
  • Attention to details.
  • Experience managing and analyzing large data sets beneficial.
