Job Opportunity: Lead Data Analyst
Key Responsibilities:- Develop, deploy, and manage statistical models for business applications such as segmentation, predictive analytics, targeting, personalization, churn prediction & retention, campaign performance, and other business use cases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including martech, digital, and commercial teams to operationalize data-driven insights into platforms and workflows.
- Apply statistical analysis and data visualization techniques to generate actionable insights and communicate effectively to business stakeholders.
- Evaluate model predictions, performance metrics, drift monitoring, downstream outputs, and GUI integration.
- Validate existing models applying end-to-end QA checks before deployment.
- Assess data ingestion, schema integrity, feature engineering, and label quality for business alignment.
- Document all findings, anomalies, and improvement opportunities.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with statistical modeling.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
- Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and data visualization tools.
