Job Overview:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Data Management Specialist to join our team. This role combines technical data expertise with project management and client-facing responsibilities in the pharmaceutical data space.

Main Responsibilities:

  • This position involves managing data aggregation projects from conception to delivery, developing data management and reporting systems, and working with specialty pharmacy, hub, distributor, and 3PL data.
  • The ideal candidate will also lead cross-functional teams and mentor junior analysts, communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, and ensure seamless collaboration across departments.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's or advanced degree is required for this position.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of professional experience in data management, preferably in the US pharmaceutical market.
  • The selected candidate will have proven experience with patient and/or payer data management solutions and possess strong Python coding skills, as well as advanced Excel proficiency.
  • HIPAA-compliant data management experience is essential.
