Job Title: Data Insights Analyst

This is an exciting opportunity to join our organization as a Data Insights Analyst. In this role, you will play a critical part in providing advanced Excel analysis and reporting support to our customers.

The ideal candidate will have a blend of technical expertise and strong communication skills to deliver accurate insights and ensure exceptional customer experience.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Perform data analysis and create reports using advanced Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, and pivot tables.
  • Develop charts and dashboards for business insights and make informed decisions based on research and prior experience.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, demonstrating active listening, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ensure timely and accurate execution of tasks while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and provide solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2+ years of direct customer-facing experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excel Expertise: Strong knowledge of formulas and functions, pivot tables, charts, and text manipulation.
  • Strong focus on customer satisfaction and ability to exceed expectations.
  • Quick learner with adaptability to new tools and processes.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to make informed decisions based on research and prior experience.
  • Proactive in follow-ups, escalations, and ensuring timely resolution.
  • High attention to detail and ability to follow instructions with 100% accuracy.
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) with proper grammar and spelling.
  • Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
