Job Title: Customer Trust and Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Customer Trust and Operations Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and trust while navigating complex compliance, risk, and safety issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical topics to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience working in a customer-facing role related to operations, compliance, risk, trust, or safety
  • Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with experience using data to make assessments and judgments
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Flexible to work weekend shifts as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Risk experience in payments, e-commerce, or fintech mitigating digital card-not-present risk
  • Knowledge of risk schemes, risk prevention methods, and risk detection tools
  • Prior risk experience across multiple industries and verticals
