Job Title: HR Generalist

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive HR Generalist to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance.

The role will involve managing day-to-day HR operations, overseeing the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, and coordinating the full recruitment cycle.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining employee records, ensuring data accuracy, and managing HR documentation.

Key responsibilities include addressing employee queries regarding compensation, benefits, and HR policies, supporting employee engagement initiatives, handling employee grievances, and contributing to strategic HR projects.

A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is required, as well as 2-4 years of experience in an HR Generalist or Managerial role.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in HR software and MS Office applications is also required.
