  • Assist supervisors with the hiring process, including submitting job postings online and scheduling candidate interviews.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.
  • Perform periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately.
  • Coordinate logistics for new hire orientations and employee training sessions.
  • Process documentation and assist in preparing reports relating to personnel activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact and professionalism.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient with MS Excel or related applications.
  • The ability to quickly learn human resource information systems, payroll management, and similar computer applications.
Education Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Equivalent experience may be considered.
