HR Executive

We are seeking an HR professional to fill a key role within our organization. As an HR executive, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to employee onboarding, recruitment, and human resources management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Employee Onboarding: Conduct the onboarding process, including induction and completion of joining formalities and documentation.
  • Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process, including drafting offer letters, appointment letters, experience letters, resignation letters, and relieving letters.
  • Leave and Attendance Management: Maintain accurate leave and attendance records of employees.
  • HR Data Management: Track and maintain all HR-related data of employees.
  • ID Card and Bank Account Issuance: Issue new ID cards and bank account details to employees as required.
  • MIS Reporting: Handle daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
  • Candidate File Maintenance: Prepare individual candidate files and documents.
  • KYC Update: Update KYC of candidates in Excel and conduct daily follow-ups.
  • Job Portal Utilization: Proficiently use job portals to find suitable candidates.
  • Pre- and Post-Joining Formalities: Handle pre- and post-joining formalities for new employees.
  • Leaving, Attendance, and Exit Process: Manage leaving, attendance, and exit processes for employees.
  • Employee Support: Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics, including leave and compensation.
  • Employee Engagement and Office Administration: Engage with employees and manage office administration effectively.
