About the Role
VML seeks a Strategic Business Solutions Lead to drive business growth through innovative solutions and exceptional client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Gather and document complex requirements, translating them into clear user stories and acceptance criteria for both business and technical users.
2. Plan, run, and facilitate workshops to assess source documentation from customers, identifying and recommending potential solutions.
3. Create logical and innovative solutions to complex problems, analyzing business systems to recommend efficiencies.
4. Present proposals to clients, managing scrum/delivery teams through to go live, and providing training to users as required.
5. Communicate and collaborate with test teams, keeping up-to-date with technical and industry sector advances.
6. Maintain great client relationships at all levels of the organization, consistently delivering high client satisfaction.

Requirements:
1. 8-12+ years' experience working as a Senior Business Analyst on large e-commerce projects.
2. Experience working supplier-side, managing client stakeholders, and 3rd parties, with strong commercial awareness and business acumen.
3. Proven ability to work on your own initiative, with strong communication, problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills.
4. Strong attention to detail, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and inspire outstanding online shopper experiences.

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Scrum master qualification or Certified Scrum Product Owner certification.
2. Experience working with multiple different e-commerce platforms, with a focus on Agile software delivery and business process mapping/engineering.
