
US Outbound Sales Representative

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, customer engagement abilities, and a strong commitment to achieving sales targets while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
This role involves making outbound calls to US-based clients, engaging customers in meaningful conversations, and promoting products/services or gathering required information. The successful candidate will achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets and conversion goals, handle objections professionally, and collaborate with team leads to improve call quality and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to US-based clients as per process requirements.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 1-4 years of experience in outbound calling, preferably with US clients.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and call centre software.
- Open to work night shifts and adapt to US time zones.
- Goal-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Knowledge of US culture and customer behaviour.
