- Outbound Sales & Lead Generation:
- Make outbound calls to Australian prospects and clients to promote company products or services.
- Identify sales opportunities and generate qualified leads through cold calling, referrals, and follow-ups.
- Customer Consultation & Relationship Building:
- Understand customer requirements, preferences, and pain points through effective questioning.
- Provide tailored solutions that meet client needs while showcasing product benefits.
- Market Research & Strategy:
- Stay updated with Australian market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities.
- Provide feedback to the management team regarding market insights, customer needs, and potential growth opportunities.
- Communication & Negotiation:
- Deliver compelling product presentations via calls, emails, or video conferencing.
- Handle customer objections confidently and close deals effectively.
- Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on outbound activities and sales performance.
- Collaboration & Coordination:
- Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing, operations, and customer support to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Work closely with Australian clients to understand cultural preferences and business expectations.
- Compliance & Professionalism:
- Follow international business etiquette in all interactions.
- Adhere to time zone considerations when reaching out to Australian clients.
