  • Market Research & Strategy:
    • Stay updated with Australian market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities.
    • Provide feedback to the management team regarding market insights, customer needs, and potential growth opportunities.
  • Communication & Negotiation:
    • Deliver compelling product presentations via calls, emails, or video conferencing.
    • Handle customer objections confidently and close deals effectively.
  • Documentation & Reporting:
    • Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer interactions in CRM systems.
    • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on outbound activities and sales performance.
  • Collaboration & Coordination:
    • Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing, operations, and customer support to ensure smooth service delivery.
    • Work closely with Australian clients to understand cultural preferences and business expectations.
  • Compliance & Professionalism:
    • Follow international business etiquette in all interactions.
    • Adhere to time zone considerations when reaching out to Australian clients.
